Terms of Service
Approachable (operated by BIGINT Solutions) · Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BIGINT Solutions, a sole proprietorship, with its registered office at Block 15, Flat 805, My Home Vihanga, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, 500032, Telangana, India, which operates the Approachable brand ("Approachable", "we", "us", "our").
These Terms govern your use of approachable.dev, learn.approachable.dev, and all our live cohorts, self-paced courses, bonus sessions, team trainings, learning platform, community groups and related content (the "Services").
By using our website, registering, or paying for any Service, you confirm that you've read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you register on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you're authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must give accurate, current and complete information when you register.
3. Registration and seat confirmation
Registering through our form is an application, not a confirmed booking. We'll contact you, usually within 12 hours, with payment details.
Your seat is confirmed only after we receive full payment. Until then, we may offer the seat to someone else.
Each cohort has limited seats. Seats are allotted on a first-paid, first-served basis.
We may decline any registration at our discretion. If we decline after you've paid, we'll refund the full amount.
Your seat and learning-platform account are personal to you and can't be shared, sold or transferred to another person without our written approval.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are shown on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) for learners in India and in US Dollars (USD) for international learners.
Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes in India, including GST.
Early-bird and promotional prices are valid only until the date shown. Prices may change at any time, but a change won't affect a seat you've already paid for.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We don't store your card or banking details.
Any bank charges, currency conversion fees or international transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we may suspend your access until the payment issue is resolved.
5. No refunds and no transfers
All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Our cohorts are capped at a small number of seats, and each reserved seat takes a place away from another learner. This applies even if you:
- can't attend some or all live sessions,
- don't complete the capstone project,
- change your mind after paying, or
- are removed from the cohort for breaking these Terms (see Section 11).
Seats can't be moved to a future cohort or to another person.
Limited exceptions:
- Duplicate or excess payment: if you're charged twice or more than the listed fee due to a technical error, we'll refund the extra amount to your original payment method within 15 business days of confirming it.
- Cancellation by us: if we cancel an entire cohort and can't reschedule it, we'll offer you a seat in the next available cohort or offering a full refund.
- Rejected registration: as described in Section 3.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
6. What's included
Each cohort's content, schedule and inclusions are described on its web page at the time you pay. These typically include live sessions, session recordings, pre-session materials, templates and guides, learning-platform access, WhatsApp community access, mentor access for doubt-clearing, and capstone project review.
Recordings: we'll share recordings of live sessions with your cohort. Access is available for 3 months after the cohort ends, unless we state otherwise.
Mentor access: mentor support is available during the cohort and the capstone period for reasonable course-related questions. It doesn't include unlimited one-on-one consulting or building projects for you.
Capstone review: you must submit your capstone by the deadline we set to receive a mentor review.
Bonus content: free bonus courses and bonus live sessions are complimentary. Their dates, format and content may change, and they have no cash value.
7. Schedule changes
We'll do our best to run sessions on the dates and times advertised. However, we may reschedule a session because of mentor illness, technical problems, public holidays or other reasons outside our control. We'll tell you as early as possible and share the recording of any session. A rescheduled session doesn't entitle you to a refund.
8. Session recordings and your participation
Live sessions are recorded. If you turn on your camera or microphone, or post in the chat, your name, image, voice and messages may appear in the recording.
By participating, you agree that we may record the session and share the recording with members of your cohort for learning purposes.
We may use recordings that show you in public marketing.
You can join with your camera off and use the display name of your choice.
9. Code of conduct
We run small, discussion-driven groups. To keep them useful and safe, you agree not to:
- harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against or be disrespectful to other learners or the mentor,
- record, screenshot, download or share live sessions, recordings or course materials outside your cohort,
- share session links, login credentials or platform access with anyone else,
- spam, promote unrelated products or services, or collect other learners' contact details for marketing,
- post illegal, obscene, misleading or infringing content in sessions, the platform or the community,
- share confidential information you're not authorised to share, or
- attempt to hack, disrupt or misuse our website or learning platform.
WhatsApp community members must also follow the group rules shared by the admins.
